  • Bald Head Island is a private island, only accessible by boat or ferry. Leave your vehicle behind and cruise the island on the golf cart provided at the home.
  • Ferry tickets and parking fees are not included. Tram reservations are needed in advance. Please see BHI Ferry’s website.

  • This is an upper-unit condo with marsh front views.
  • 2 four-person golf carts provided for use on the island.
  • Large dock and boardwalk available for fishing, crabbing, kayaking, and bird watching.
  • Community saltwater pool (seasonal) steps away from condo; access is not guaranteed due to cleaning, construction, or other maintenance.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking or vaping allowed at this property.
  • Maximum occupancy: 8 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
  • Minimum age for tenant: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least 25 years of age and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
  • No events or parties allowed. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
  • If it is determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Children allowed.
  • Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
